Perfect for deep dish pizzas and focaccias, roasted vegetables at high temperatures, as well as BBQ and charcoal cooking. The 12'' carbon steel pizza pan is 1.8'' deep. The 7.5" quick release handle is ideal for placing the pan in the oven quickly and easily. The Pizza Pan is compatible with our Smart Oven® models (Pizzaiolo BPZ800, BPZ820 and Ovens BOV845, BOV860, BOV900, BOV950).
