I've been setting it to 350°F for searing and it holds that temp dead steady, which is a game-changer for my steaks. The touchscreen is surprisingly responsive even when my fingers are slightly oily. Takes up way less counter space than my old burner too.

Was skeptical about a touchscreen for cooking, but the 77°F to 482°F range is dead-on accurate. Held my oil at a steady 350°F for frying without any temperature drift at all.

I set it to 122°F for sous vide eggs and it held that temperature dead steady for an hour without me touching a thing. The touchscreen makes adjusting on the fly way easier than fumbling with dials, and cleaning the glass top takes about ten seconds.
