64L ポリカーボネート製ソースビデ用タンク

The 64-liter size fits my catering batches perfectly, and the polycarbonate is tough enough to survive a commercial kitchen. I love that it’s dishwasher safe because cleaning up after a long cook is already a hassle.

Was a bit worried about the price for a plastic tank, but the polycarbonate feels really sturdy and the NSF approval gives me peace of mind. It's exactly the right size for my circulator and cleans up perfectly in the dishwasher.

Finally a tank that's actually dishwasher safe—just threw it in after a 12-hour pork shoulder cook and it came out spotless. The polycarbonate is crystal clear too, so I can easily check water levels without lifting the lid.
