The switch from my old grinder to this one was night and day—the 60 grind settings let me dial in espresso and pour-over without any guesswork. The burrs stay cool even after back-to-back grinds, so the beans keep that fresh, aromatic punch.

I was skeptical about 60 settings being overkill, but dialing in espresso was actually effortless—the precision is addictive. Even with light roasts, the grind stays impressively consistent and the motor barely warms up.

The 60 grind settings let me dial in exactly the right coarseness for my pour-over, and the conical burrs keep the beans cool—no heat damage to the oils. First grind was impressively consistent, which made a noticeable difference in my cup’s flavor.
