I’ve been experimenting with different wood chips for cold smoking cheese, and the apple-wood in this set gives a mild, sweet finish that’s perfect. The four 4oz jars are just the right amount to rotate flavors without taking up too much cupboard space.
The hickory chips gave my brisket a deep, savory smoke flavor that really impressed my dinner guests. Nice variety pack for experimenting with different woods.
The cherry-wood chips give off a wonderfully sweet and mild smoke that's perfect for delicate cheeses. Each 4oz jar is generous enough to last through several smoking sessions with my gun.
