The mesh is sturdy enough to hold a full batch of fries without sagging, and the three baskets fit perfectly side by side in my oven. I've been using them for dehydrating apple slices, and it's so much faster than my old single-tray setup.
I was so tired of waiting for single batches to finish, so these three baskets let me dehydrate a full load of apple slices in one go — the mesh holds up perfectly without sagging.
These baskets are a perfect fit for the slots, and being able to load three batches of veggies at once has cut my prep time in half. The mesh seems sturdy and lets the hot air circulate evenly, which gives a much crispier result than overcrowding a single tray.
