the Handy Mix Scraper™

I wasn't sure what Beater IQ really meant until I clicked in the dough hook and it automatically slowed down to avoid splattering. It’s such a small feature, but it makes baking feel effortless.

Swapped in the whisk attachment mid-batch and the Beater IQ instantly adjusted the speed without me touching a dial—such a small thing, but it made the whole process feel effortless. The scraper edge also got every last bit of batter off the sides, which I didn’t expect from a hand mixer.

I was skeptical about automatic speed adjustments, but the mixer really does slow down perfectly when I switch to the dough hook. Makes cookie batter come together without flour flying everywhere.
