Finally, I can actually see what my shots are doing mid-pour instead of guessing. The stainless steel and walnut combo looks great on my counter, and it’s solid enough to feel really well-made.

I was a bit skeptical about the walnut handle, but it actually feels really comfortable and adds a nice warmth compared to all-metal ones. The stainless steel construction feels solid, and seeing the extraction through the bottomless design is oddly satisfying.

The bottomless design finally lets me see channeling in real time, and the stainless steel body feels solid without adding awkward weight. My shots have been noticeably more even since I switched, and the walnut detail makes it look good sitting on the counter.
