the Handy Mix Scraper™

I honestly didn't expect the mixer to figure out which beater I'd snapped in, but it does — speeds adjust the second I switch attachments, no fiddling with the dial. Made a batch of cookie dough last night and never had to stop and scrape the bowl once.

I wasn't sure what Beater IQ really meant until I clicked in the dough hook and it automatically slowed down to avoid splattering. It’s such a small feature, but it makes baking feel effortless.

Swapped in the whisk attachment mid-batch and the Beater IQ instantly adjusted the speed without me touching a dial—such a small thing, but it made the whole process feel effortless. The scraper edge also got every last bit of batter off the sides, which I didn’t expect from a hand mixer.
