The bamboo surface has held up well to daily chopping and stays remarkably dry between uses, which I appreciate next to the oven. It’s a smart use of otherwise dead counter space.

Fits perfectly on my Smart Oven and the bamboo is gentle on my knives. It absorbs hardly any moisture after washing, which keeps it from warping—a huge plus.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this board fits flush on my oven—no sliding around at all. The bamboo surface really does stay dry while chopping, and it’s nice not having to wipe up moisture constantly. Exactly what I needed for a neat prep station.
