18 liter polycarbonaat tank voor sous vide

I was a little worried about the plastic smell some cheaper tanks have, but this one's been completely odor-free since I pulled it out of the box. The 18-liter size handles a full pork shoulder with room to spare, and I like that I can just toss it in the dishwasher after a long cook.

The polycarbonate is noticeably thicker than my old plastic container, and it holds up well to the heat without any warping. Being dishwasher safe makes cleanup a breeze after a long cook. Definitely worth it for setting up a permanent sous vide station.

The clear polycarbonate lets me see the water level at a glance, and it's been through the dishwasher several times without any issues. Holds my immersion circulator perfectly for long cooks.
